My bff/brother-in-my-heart (let's call her F) left on Thursday to play representing our college in the National Volleyball Championship. I have to wait until she's back (on the 14th) to watch Thor: The Dark World together. I am currently dying because I miss her and because holy shit do I need to watch that movie or what.

Today's the day of Chile's "Teletón". It's basically a nationwide fundraising event for kids with diverse handicap issues. They show the stories of some of the kids, and I'm way too soft for this: I've spent half the day crying.

It's been a good day though, I've enjoyed my free week before exams and today marks the day in which I go back into hardcore studying. Histology and Physiology are awaiting... after the Pens game, of course

Not much that I can say besides from the title: I am suffering right now. Watching the Caps' getting their asses kicked so often is starting to play a bad game on my poor heart. Watching Holtby in goal lately is like watching a puppy being eaten. I don't like it at all. At all.

The fact that I've been studying nonstop for the past 48 hours doesn't make this any better.

Oh shit, NJ scored again. If I were Holtby, I'd be crying. This is, what, 8 goals against in 40 minutes of play since his last start last week? Poor kid. I might just as well start crying now.

Or just switch to the Pens game, since they're winning. Phew. I'd shoot myself if they lost to Florida, to be quiet honest.

Back to studying now! Just four days until the end of classes, the start of summer vacation and the sudden appearance of time to draw, yay!

EDIT: I'm depressed for the Caps, and disappointed in Holtby. Guess he needs a couple more years with the Bears to get his confidence back after these last games.

At least the Pens are doing well. And Tanger scored! Yes!

What's up? Just doing this little entry to introduce myself. I've actually been a member of DeviantART for a long while, but I forgot my password to my old account (phankam.deviantart.com). Uh, so, I'm a 21 year old medicine student from southern Chile, and I enjoy drawing far more than my time allows me to lol.

I'm a sportsy person in the sense that I love playing sports (not that I'm any good at them), I play goalie in Field Hockey (which I'm sorta good at) and defence/midfield in Soccer, and I used to play OF in Softball. I'm a huge Ice Hockey fan. My favourite team is the Pittsburgh Penguins (I lived about two hours away from Pittsburgh my last year of High School in the USA), and I'm also a big Washington Capitals and Tampa Bay Lightning fan (don't judge me). My favourite skaters are Kris Letang from the Pens, Nicklas Backstrom from the Caps and both Martin St.Louis and Vincent Lecavalier from Tampa Bay. My favourite hockey players are goalies though -being a hockey goalie myself-, and Jose Theodore wins #1 in my heart Lately I've developed a thing for Braden Holtby of the Caps, just because he's a little hyper-aggresive kid that reminds me of myself in goal lol.

I'm also into music, playing electric guitar, bass guitar and keyboards. My favourite band is Green Day, and I saw them in concert just about a month ago and it was probably the best time of my life .
